casa Mediterraneo is nestled in Sfinari, a peaceful Western Cretian village characterized by the intensity of its nature.
cM was conceived in 2001, with the idea of Mediterranean easy living, by Italian architect Roberto Piacentini. Its personality and amenities are a blend of Roberto’s deep understanding of modern design and the more traditional Grecian architecture. cM was built by Aleko Xatzakis, a local contractor with a longstanding experience that put at work his trained eye in adapting the quest for comfort with the needs of local building. Andrea Minetti and Paola Elia who brought cM to completion in the summer of 2006 have harmonized everyone’s inputs and conducted detail works, throughout.
cM means enjoy the silence, rest in a veranda facing the brilliant blue of the sea, drink cocktails while the setting sun is melting into the ocean.
cM means breathe the variety of mediterranean scents, taste the flavour of local produces, nourish the body with the intensity of light.
cM means experience the strength yet the kindness of the wind, dive into the rainbow of colours, understand the shades of white.
